Xiaomi announced 11 phones will receive Android Q update with MIUI 11 in 2019

Xiaomi announced the names of the 11 smartphones that will be receiving Android Q with MIUI 11 by the end of 2019.

If the development can continue without a hitch, the Chinese giant will be able to deploy the 10th version of Android on popular devices like the Xiaomi Mi9 or the Mi Mix 3.

Xiaomi started working on MIUI 11 in January 2019. This eleventh version offers many new features, such as a new design for icons, a dark mode or an extreme energy saving mode.

On its official Chinese forum, Xiaomi confirmed the arrival of its new overlay based on Android 10 Q by the end of this year on 11 smartphones in its catalog. * Xiaomi warns, users of Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro might wait until the first quarter of 2020 to install the update.
